Mein #Tintenstrahldrucker HP #OfficeJet 3831 druckt nicht mehr. Tintenzufuhr wahrscheinlich verklebt. Meint Ihr, ich finde jemanden der das repariert. Pustekuchen.

@arstechnica Sadly this shit ain't new - I have a 15+ year old #OfficeJet #AllInOne that will complain about lack of ink and will refuse to #scan or #fax without one manually clicking away the warning on the device.

But that's #hp - level #Assholeism, they do the same with #hp-branded #RAM on their #ProBook|s and #DeskMini as well as #Z-Series #Workstations and brick #unattended & #PXE #boot in the process...

#HewlettPackard is working to address a bad #FirmwareUpdate that has been bricking #HP #OfficeJet #printers worldwide since it was released earlier this month.

Impacted printers include HP OfficeJet 902x models:

HP OfficeJet Pro 9022e
HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e
HP OfficeJet Pro 9020eAll-in-One
HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer

Affected customers report that their devices display blue screens with "83C0000B" errors on the built-in touchscreen.
