Found a bug with an HP Pavillon laptop, where CapsLock gets inverted upon resume from sleep by opening the lid. It'll type all-caps, even if you press CapsLock key to disable it. Impossible to unlock the screen.
Workaround I found: press left Shift (not right Shift) once to reset the state before typing the password.
Does not affect screen locking nor suspending without lid close, only when resuming by opening the lid.
Weird as hell, but HP I guess 🤷

Free to a good home: One Hewlett Packard C2262A Storage System with seven SCSI drive bays. Two are currently populated by hard drives, one by a caddy-loading CD reader, and one by a tape drive. The faceplate of the CD reader had been held on by masking tape. 💿

The plans call for the first #supercomputer called #Lux to be constructed & come online within the next 6 months. It will be based around AMD's MI355X #ArtificialIntelligence chips, & the design will also include central processors & networking chips made by #AMD. The system is co-developed by AMD, #HewlettPackard Enterprise, #Oracle Cloud Infrastructure & Oak Ridge National Laboratory (#ORNL).
