Found one for ‘monkess’ n.: 1602 S. Patrike tr. J. de Hainault ‘Estate of Church with Discourse of Times, from Apostles vntill this Present’ (EEBO) 402 ‘He constrained the Monkesses or Nuns called Beguines, to marry, and to detest painting.’ #oedantedatings @oed

Currently only goes back to 1729 in OED, so this is antedated by 127 years.
