C'est une #flûte globulaire, #ocarina à 4 trous. Se joue d'1 main, chromatique, 1 octave.

== le corps ==

Outils (électriques ou à main) : perceuse et scie à chantourner, papier de verre.

Dans un bloc de bois de 100×30×16mm, on évide un rectangle de 20×55mm.

On perce un trou de 12mm dans l'épaisseur. Il servira plus tard à former l'encoche de maintient pour le petit doigt.

Poncer sommairement l'intérieur.

I used spalted elm wood (from dead branches I found in the forest behind the house) for this micro-flute (inline 4-holes #ocarina).
Natural sandarac varnish.
I am pleased with the result! It makes me want to experiment with other "precious" local woods.

I've again modified the shape of the mini-flutes (one hand, one octave). I'm often working with a lens now 🧐 so it's becoming more precise.
Curved top and bottom, clean edges.
I really like the “flames” motif on the apple tree (photo 2) and if I choose the planks wisely (photo 3), you can hardly see the joints and you'll wonder how the block was ever hollowed out 😏

TONALITÉ
confirmation que les dimensions (env 20 cm³) permettent d'avoir un Sol4 trous bouchés. Je commence avec une fenêtre de 9×3mm (ici ça joue Fa#), j'agrandis très progressivement jusqu'à Sol (ici j'arrive à 9×4mm).

ERGONOMIE
un peu court pour 3 trous, même percés de biais. Pour jouer, je pensais coincer l'instru entre petit doigt et bouche mais pas confortable pour le petit doigt.
