Oh yeah, reminded why using nvidia drivers at your own risk is a thing. This was after waking from a suspend. Currently on the nvidia-driver-open-575 from their repo. Lets see if 570 is better/more stable post suspend.
Note: To my knowledge, suspending has a long history to not play well with nvidia on linux. Also, this is a P1Gen4 and I've had some issues in the past even in windows. Hope its not the GPU.
