I had finally found my #Sony #MiniDisc MZ-M200 not that long ago.
I never really used it all that much, as I had a couple of other options, the kick ass #RioKarma that had a network enabled dock and it's own web/file server embedded, also have a Sony #NetMD player as well, which had some heavy use as my main mobile player. I didn't want to risk damaging the Rio since it's actually has a physical hard drive in it.
I love this thing and I'm glad it still works. I've even still got the box and all.

Hay formatos que te acompañaron en momentos especiales de tu vida.. Y que siguen vigentes. Siempre me gustó la calidad de sonido, su portabilidad y el que sus discos fueran regrabables. Casi 20 años y está como nuevo.

Es juckt mich gerade wirklich in den Fingern "Web MiniDisc" mit meinen NetMD Walkmans auszuprobieren. 💽😬 Ich bin gespannt, ob die Web MiniDisc mit allen NetMD kompatiblen Geräten funktioniert, also auch den HiMD Walkmans. 🤓 Erfahrungsbericht folgt... 👨💻 Zweiter/Dritter Frühling für meine MD Portables nicht ausgeschlossen. 😅🎶

Es ist jetzt, 20 Jahre nach der Einführung von NetMD, möglich, Musik digital von MiniDiscs mit einem NetMD-Walkman auf den Rechner zu übertragen. Die folgende Webapp macht es möglich: https://web.minidisc.wiki/

Und wieder wurde gezeigt, dass DRM mit den richtigen Werkzeugen umgangen werden kann. 🙂
Während ich dies verfasste, wurde eine Radioaufnahme vom Sender Unser Ding aus dem Jahr 2000 digital auf den Rechner kopiert. 🙂
