It is not funded exclusively by donation, but a very large portion of its funding comes from fund drives like this one (this, I believe, is the largest one.)

The time I feel the most "eff yeah Nerdfighters" is #P4A when they say the total that our community has worked to donate to #PIH and other charities that Nerdfighteria has chosen.
