It is amazing how fast the #nephtwitter of nephrologists (kidney specialists) is re-assembling over at #bluesky.
Old #Twitter had some great #mededu that has been destroyed since early 2022 through the consecutive fails of the platform to root out bots & support content over its political endeavors.
