Sobi Receives Positive CHMP Opinion for Aspaveli
The European Medicines Agency's CHMP has adopted a positive opinion recommending marketing authorisation of Aspaveli (pegcetacoplan) for treating C3 glomerulopathy and primary IC-MPGN in patients aged 12 and older. Approximately 8,000 people in Europe live with these rare kidney diseases. If approved, this would be the first treatment option for this patient population.
