Today at the library, I was sitting in a chair while my kid played and a (probably 3 or 4 year old) came up and shyly asked me if they could have a drink (of my iced decaf mocha). I'm glad I give off "safe adult" vibes, because I am, but also, no, strange child I've never seen before, it's my coffee. I politely said no, it's coffee, not chocolate milk, I don't think you'd like it and they were content with that and ran back away. #kids #MyCoffee #sorry #NotSorry

This is the way I make #mycoffee, and I'm sharing it in the hope it serves other people too.
Put a little spoon of ground coffee in a cup, heat a cup of water until around 90ºC I guess (not more, not boiling), slowly spill the water over the coffee without much movement, let it form its foam, let it repose and wait for the coffee to go down on its own; smell and drink.
No need to filter, it decants alone. Anyway, #coffee seems to be edible.
(If goes cold, add a little hot #water.)
