Saw some mushrooms that look like something edible but, I didn't want to touch them for a few reasons:

1: I didn't have any way to carry them out.
2: I didn't have a knife with me
3: I wouldn't know the right way to harvest? Pick? Whatever them.
4: is there some kind of mushroom hunting etiquette?

Anyway, I think it's chicken of the woods but will need to look up how to identify it before actually trying to eat it. I wouldn't mind a little help if anyone has tips but I do plan on spending a little time looking it up today.
