Welcome to London part 2 - Premier Inn at Kings Cross: breakfast a complete omnishambles. Too few staff (we heard that the chef had walked out), huge queue waiting for hot food - ANY hot food - to appear. Vegan sausages promised but suddenly unavailable due to unspecified "global issues". WTAF?
