  1. Binged #MurderAtTheEndofTheWorld and at first I thought, WOW this is slow! I mean really, it's a very slow start.
But really I thought it was just so predictable.
Ok, so as it progressed it did pick up pacing - but my opinion of the murder didn't change. I knew in the first episode, who it was.

My main question was how, but after the reveal
I shouldn't have been surprised - all of the clues where given, all of them where right out in the open.
Many of these were stated two or more times.

  2. Enjoying two currently streaming #ArcticNoir series, #TrueDetectiveNightCountry and #MurderAtTheEndOfTheWorld. Very different of course, but interestingly the young lead of MatEotW looks like a young Jodie Foster from certain angles. And I'm so glad that Brit Marling got to do another thing--she is so amazing.

  3. The #hacker/detective in #MurderAtTheEndOfTheWorld tested to see if another person was a hacker by asking them if they preferred #emacs or #vi. Apparently any hacker would have an uncontrollable reaction to that question.

Obviously Emacs is the correct answer.

  4. Just saw the cameo of Moxie Marlinspike in #murderattheendoftheworld. Nice shoutout to the real InfoSec community.

  5. Watching #murderattheendoftheworld . Apparently I've been pronouncing VI wrong my entire life.
Anyway, tabs vs spaces is the real killer debate these days surely?

  6. Currently I'm in great need of #flow (a lovely state of creative concentration) as we are in the midst of building work, my mum is very ill and my job is precarious. Many of my normal outlets are blocked but I'm finding flow in #crossstitch, #murderattheendoftheworld on Disney and the game #banished.
