I really love that #Michigan has beach campgrounds. I haven't used one in this era of my life because it would be too complicated...
Half of my honeymoon (1st wife, `87) was a tour around beach and beach-adjacent campgrounds in the UP & northern LP. Not 100% sure it included this place but we did pitch a tent somewhere near #Munising

We caught a boat out of Munising for a "3 Hour Tour".
Once we reached Sand Point we were exposed to the beautiful shoreline that is Pictured Rocks. The colors in the cliffs and the rock formations make for a bbeautiful boat ride.
