That may be #ClimateChange as well - drought has lowered the level of water in the #PanamaCanal mandating ship's carry fewer containers and fewer ship's pass through the canal every day.

This is what #adaptation looks like - not tech solutions, nor panel discussions, nor sweeping new laws; rather a slow interruption of our cultural norms perforated with complete upheaval of our lives. Adaptation will be multi-generational (meaning civilization will degrade over generations) if don't start to #mitigate and #multisolve soon.
