Laut #MSIf sind 72% der Betroffenen weiblich.In der MS-Forschung wurden in den vergangenen Jahren beachtliche Fortschritte gemacht. Inzwischen gibt es sogar ernstzunehmende Ansätze, die auf Heilung abzielen. Es heißt also nicht mehr "unheilbar", sondern vielmehr "noch nicht heilbar", was bei meist der relativ langsam voran schreitenden Krankheit echt Mut macht.

📢Recommendations for essential #medicines for #MultipleSclerosis in #low-resource settings have been published by an international, multi-disciplinary panel, supported by the MS International Federation (#MSIF).
The process was supported by the #Cochrane #MS , who led the research work and McMaster University GRADE Centre, who took the methodological lead.
