Hollywood Reporter: Disney Sued After Enforcing Rights to Mickey Mouse in the Public Domain. “Personal injury law firm Morgan & Morgan intended to push a nationwide advertising campaign featuring [Steamboat Willie] but was met with resistance by Disney’s legal team.
