This here is a very good cat!
She caught her first mouse! (At least her first one while we’ve had her these nine years. Mice thankfully don’t come up very often.)

I had worried that she’d be the type to leave a dead mouse on my chest while I’m sleeping but actually quite the opposite. She got pretty possessive of her kill and we spent five minutes wandering up and down the house before she’d hand it over and let me dispose of it.
