  1. A 14.5% increase on my mobile bill (3.9%+CPI) is absolutely criminal.

    How mobile companies are allowed to raise costs during a contract, is insane to me.

    Maybe if you were outside of contract, as a way to get you to sign up again & stop legacy offers from lasting forever, but not during the actual contract.

    This is my No.1 issue with UK mobile providers.
