Nowadays I #microdose. It can help me maintain a positive attitude and generally makes my day more agreeable, I don’t get anxious or stressed, or if I do, it’s generally mild. (Seriously, NOT reacting to stuff can REALLY improve your health.)

This is the first post-therapy night in months where I don’t feel like I’ve been put through the wringer.
I attribute this to my #ketamine #microdose session Thursday. Working with #Mindbloom for this, and I have NOTHING but praise for every portion of the process.
Part of my ongoing issue has been a full “cistern” of pain, trauma, and flat-out sadness. So much so, that I have wondered if I need to revise / increase dosage of my anti-depressants.
That changed Thursday. Just. Freakin’. WOW.

Getting the dose right with a #MicroDose is a bit of an art. Starting at the cautious end it seems to go nothing, nothing, nothing, yeah sweet cool day, to oops too much to be out in normal daily life, very easily.
It's taken me a while to get to that sweet spot. 💃🕺 -
