  6. @grabosch A treaty is only as good as its text (which may sound tautological, but sometimes we get treaties that establish a principle but leave booby traps in the text). Finding common ground across countries is difficult, and we even see pressure to water down the EU #mHRDD draft directive. I would prefer to press for more national #mHRDD legislation and use the best practice as the basis for a treaty later on.
