🏴 Martyn Bennett "Grit" – 2003
A visionary fusion of traditional Scottish folk music and modern electronic production. Drawing on archival recordings of Gaelic singers, Bennett weaves ancient voices together with breakbeats, ambient textures, and contemporary rhythms, creating a sound that feels both timeless and radically forward-looking.
