  1. Here is #Ingenuity's complete #Flight52 including 13 embedded color RTE images.

    208 processed, stabilized HELI_NAV + HELI_RTE images played at 5 fps

  2. We don't know when #Perseverance will come again close enough to #Ingenuity to capture images and video of such quality, so, here is #Flight54 in all its glory, in real time fps.

    Processed, leveled, cropped MCZ_RIGHT animation
    Focal Length: 48mm

  3. Another animation showing the reflection of the sun on the thermal skin of the #MarsHelicopter projected on the ground, seconds before it landed after #Flight47.

The sequence is first stabilized on the shadow, and then it repeats stabilized on the reflection, allowing better observation of the variation of its luminosity and shape.

  4. Wait! What was that?!

During #Flight48, #Ingenuity caught a glimpse of the reflection of the sun on its shiny thermal skin projected on the ground, together with its shadow on the opposite side of the image.

    Animation.

  5. And here is #Ingenuity's landing from #Flight51. The #MarsHelicopter stayed at that location for only 4 sols, enough to recharge its batteries and get new instructions for its next flight. It took us 63 days to get the message that it did in fact make that flight (#Flight52) right on schedule 😃 .
