I play most of my #NintendoSwitch games on my Switch itself, though some I prefer playing them on my #SteamDeck using #Yuzu - #MarioPartySuperstars is one of them since I don't have, want, or need more than ~1-2 pairs of Switch controllers and playing it on the Deck meant everyone could play Mario Party together using a variety of controllers of mine and even their own.
Now that Yuzu's dead, I mean games I've been playing on it still runs fine on it - but I'm curious now that #SuperMarioPartyJamboree is coming, whether new games would even run, and run well, on Yuzu. I kinda doubt it, which means I'll probably skip on buying that game on my Switch since I wouldn't be able to (illegally) play it on my Deck anyway. Kinda weird logic I suppose, but that's normally what I do.

Why yes, yes I did buy myself some games in celebration of #Mar10Day!
Finally picked up a copy of #MarioPartySuperstars and #LuigisMansion3 - which means lots of fun with my nephews at Easter and can finally return their copy of Luigi’s Mansion 3 (which I still haven’t started yet, whoops)

My partner and I played #MarioPartySuperstars for the first time and IT’S SO FUN and definitely worth every penny, honestly. Super happy to finally have another local multiplayer #game worth playing other than #MarioKart lol. On the #Disney side of things, and also speaking of Mario Kart, I tried #DisneySpeedstorm and honestly, for a “free to play” #racing game, it’s pretty good and definitely the closest “competition” to Mario Kart. I’ve purchased the other #Sonic games just bcos I want a Mario Kart that isn’t #Nintendo but they’re all honestly garbage - Speedstorm tho has the potential. My final judgement of the game will ultimately boil down to figuring out how easy (or not) it is to unlock the Local Multiplayer feature without spending a dime cos atm, that mode’s still locked.

#MarioParty and all three secret blocks that came into play gave a star which really made things speed up a lot more. Really only managed to win cause we had Classic Bonus stars on.
Anyway, was a good game with sister and mum (who got a starting star and led most the game despite not playing games). Was good fun, they enjoyed the minigames and wee board drama. All in all, great to crack out for Christmas.
