At my Reo Māori tutorial on Thursday, I was asked by the kaiako to do the mihi tuatahi.
And was complemented on my pronunciation.
This is huge for me. I have a very (VERY) plummy (RP) English accent, and most of my lost marks in my aromatawai have been on my poor pronunciation.
I'm really proud of my progression, and realised I should share some of the good stuff instead of just Boosting everyone else's.
