Guten Morgen zusammen. Gestern habe ich es endlich geschafft und #Lorazepam genommen. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem heftigen #Entzug damals lassen mich immer "zu" vorsichtig sein. Aber aktuell geht es halt nicht anders und ich muss dieses Teufelszeug nehmen bevor ich Quatsch mache. Aktuell bin ich zwar sehr matschig im Kopp aber es ist irgendwie beruhigend, "endlich" mal den Notfallkoffer verwendet zu haben. 1mg war da schon mal ein guter Einstieg
