Heute war wieder #longrunsunday 🏃🏽‍♀️

Das Wetter war leider nicht ganz optimal, da es schon sehr windig war. Nach ungefähr der Hälfte sah es stark nach Regen aus und ich bin zurückgelaufen. Ziel waren eigentlich 20 km, aber mit 16 km kann ich sehr gut leben, wenn ich daran zurück denke, dass ich erst vor einem halben Jahr das erste Mal joggen gewesen bin.

Noch 6 Wochen bis zum #Halbmarathon 🤝🏻

Das Beste nach einem längeren #Lauf ist für mich zu baden und ein richtig ausgiebiges #Frühstück 🤭

Letzter Longrun vor Tokyo 🇯🇵
Eine sehr schöne lange Runde bei traumhaft sonnigem aber kaltem Wetter. Auf dem letzten Stück alleine nach Hause habe nochmal versucht das Tempo anzuziehen, teilweise aber mit fiesem Gegenwind. Aber ich fühle mich jetzt wirklich gut vorbereitet und das Tapering kann beginnen!
