Had been feeling stiff all week but thought it was just sitting around and the long car ride and needed to exercise. So I went to boxing class yesterday and didn't seem to have any trouble.
I came home and took a shower and a nap and after that I could barely walk. I had to use a walking stick and it hurt so bad I started weeping. I mean just sobbing. My poor wife didn't get a wink of sleep either. Yet we didn't call an ambulance or go to the ER 1/

My HCP is charging 480 for an office visit and another 470 for a preventive visit. It was *one* visit. They're charging for the name (office visit) and for the actual service (routine preventive care). #Healthcare is unarmed robbery in this country. #UselessReflections #LivingInAmerica
