Not only does her alert service call with nonsensical caller IDs, like "Happy Days", from unknown numbers, they also change them to other equally nonsensical ones without notice.
So, wait through potential spam call, listen to voicemail, then rush over and hope fire fighters left the battering ram in the truck.
