Here's #Minuit, NZ's fantastic drum and base and weird band, with one of their early hits, "Except You". Vocalist Ruth Carr started out singing and playing drums, while they shifted to electronic drums for much of Minuit's music.
I read on Wikipedia that this strange carnival themed video was made by their flatmate ALyx Duncan.
