Okay, clearly I have an imperfect understanding of how Mastodon posts get in my timeline.

I _thought_ that I should see the posts of people I follow or the posts that they boosted in my notification stream. This morning I noticed a couple of posts in that stream that were neither.

Thoughts, insight or tutoring appreciated on this matter.

Nothing against posts with half-naked bodies per se but I'm old and startle easily.

There's lots I'd redo, and perhaps I will another time. Many mistakes were made, the rear brake housing should probably have come around the fork, the bar tape is icky, the caps HAVE to be replaced, etc, etc. But you know what? I'm pretty proud. Everything is working. And it's not going to be a daily ride anyway. I may strip it all and install hydraulic next fall, and take what I've learned and do better.

Wheels. Try to install cable routing this weekend perhaps. Everything is only temporarily in place now. Can't lock the handlebars down till I've run the cables and still undecided if I want to buy the L-twoo hydraulic system.
