    I had a good chat with my CPN this morning about how harmful & pointless #functioning labels are. In both my #bipolar & my #autism, I tick boxes for both high & low functioning. And we discussed how my self #stigma stops me using tools that would actually help... like #AAC
    I can't be the only #LateDignosed #autistic who continues to struggle rather than use aids because it's what we've known our entire lives?
