I started a discussion on the Kirby forum that grew out of a brainstorming session with ChatGPT. 😃

The starting point was the question of how Obsidian and Kirby could be synced. However, this led to a more fundamental consideration:

What would an open synchronization protocol need to look like so that any editor could work with Kirby? 🤔

So not just Obsidian, but also, for example, VS Code, Android apps, or future editors.

I’m particularly interested in whether such an approach would align with Kirby’s philosophy and who should even be responsible for defining such a protocol.

I look forward to hearing more thoughts and engaging in this dialogue. 😉

Ich habe eine Diskussion im Kirby-Forum gestartet, die sich aus einem Brainstorming mit ChatGPT entwickelt hat. 😃

Ausgangspunkt war die Frage, wie Obsidian und Kirby synchronisiert werden können. Daraus entstand jedoch eine grundlegendere Überlegung:

Wie müsste ein offenes Synchronisationsprotokoll aussehen, damit beliebige Editoren mit Kirby zusammenarbeiten können? 🤔

Also nicht nur Obsidian, sondern z. B. auch VS Code, Android-Apps oder zukünftige Editoren.

Mich interessiert besonders, ob ein solcher Ansatz zur Philosophie von Kirby passen würde und wer ein solches Protokoll überhaupt definieren sollte.
