When you're not well, and of course your (non) Instant Pot (actually Breville) is suddenly broken, out of warranty. (* See first comment.) And a vegan friend who knows the food you like, prepares a home made chili as a takeout for us so we have lunch. She packed everything, a delicious tvp chili, guacamole, corn chips, cilantro and even a mandarin for dessert. The kindness of friends is overwhelming at times.
