I made another thing. This is the extended cut of my recent #eMTB ride along Narrowneck firetrail in #Katoomba, NSW, Australia. It was a glorious ride on a glorious day, and my eMTB made it doable for an overweight, unfit, old bloke. I still huffed and puffed. 😂

Highly recommended. Fantastic views. Rated five fat hippies!

J visited #Katoomba today. A positively beautiful day at Echo Point and the Three Sisters. It was nice.

Afterwards, I drove to Cahills Lookout, and took this photo of Boars Head. I think it looks more like a dog. Probably a dingo. I heard someone else call it a dragon's head, which I can also see.

If you zoom in to the left hand outcrop, you can see an abseiler about halfway down, their mate feeding rope at the top.

A short clip of lightning (apparently) striking twice! I slowed it down to 1/8 to show it better. I know Dr Karl explained how a strike has two pulses, but don't remember the detail. This is during the storm that hit #Katoomba yesterday, but from a distance. I believe the lightning shown is striking along Tablelands Rd Wentworth Falls. Possibly the comms towers, or a bit further south.
