OMFG this is brilliant.
If you can understand #Cantonese by ear and know #Jyutping (a romanization system for Cantonese) but can't read #Chinese, this browser extension essentially opens up a whole world of Chinese text.

It adds a Jyutping display to Chinese text. This works on many sites.
I can't overstate how amazing it is that I can suddenly read so much more Chinese text, far more directly than with English translations.

Today, I learned about a really interesting #GoogleSheets addon for #Mandarin and #Cantonese. It is called Mandarin Cantonese Tools, and it will convert #ChineseCharacters into either #Pinyin or #Jyutping. This could be incredibly useful for learners of Canto or Mandarin #langtwt
