Ich kann zwar mit dem Pinyin-Keyboard ganz einfach die chinesischen Schriftzeichen tippen, aber für die Phonetik wär das andere manchmal auch ganz hilfreich.

I didn't find any Chinese courses near me so I decided to try HSK books first to train my ears and learn the basics. 5 mistakes looks like a lot but it's quite difficult for my ears to hear the difference so I think it's a good progress.
