Can I just say with the deepest respect to the overnight change of the clocks...up yours. For the love of..er..dogs..can we please stop doing this and just stick to one time. We did this for a few years in the late 60s and the world didn't end.

The profound ableism present in so many people who claim to be allies just makes me so sad right now. Like curl up in a blanket and cry for 3 days sad. If you are asking a disabled person to explain why you are ableist, also please consider that a lot of us have minimal energy reserves for even the most basic of things and you are literally removing those from us by making those demands as well. It took a long thought before even confronting you with problematic statements in the first place. Also, please just wear a fucking mask instead of debating that they might not work.
