Success - on the last day of the month, I finished my September 2024 challenge in Apple Fitness: Exercise for 54 minutes a total of 14 days.
I only got this done by going out for walks and doing Pilates - both of which are good for me since I work a desk job. This also helps me get through all my podcasts.

Going for a walk at lunchtime really does wonders for energy levels. Only 2km, but I feel so much better. It's nice to be out in a field in the rain too. #justmove

To all those putting forth "just move" as a solution to the bigotry, hate, violence, and control the right wants to assert in red states, I say this...
Yes: Just move. Just move HERE and help change it.
If you're not willing to come help change the situations, at LEAST stop suggesting things - like #JustMove - that we cannot do!
The solution to awful people in red states is to outnumber them and turn the state blue! Not to tell people in those states to move.

@punklawyer @slackerzombie @chadloder Now journalists’ tweets are suddenly second-class citizens on Twitter, or worse, so whatever engagement they were getting there is even less.
They are generating value for a guy who hates them and emails them poo. Who ranks them alongside RT and China state media for news sources. Who is training an AI, according to him.
If they did read their replies, they’d see the hate brigades are also worse.
