Sunflower in my garden, yesterday morning.
I never used an iphone camera for anything besides documenting or remembering stuff, or very casual fooling around. Kind of a dumb snobbiness on my part, and in the past the iphone really was sooo much worse than my real cameras.
So I lost the old iphone at the dump a few weeks ago by accidentally setting it on top of a box of boxboard recycling in my car, and then dumping it into the giant bin. Never found it.
New Pro iphone 17 is much better than the old non pro. Pixel peeping, the photos are at least as good as a reasonably high end digital camera with a not great lens of 20 years ago, which is not so bad unless I want to be really snobby. So it's pretty nice to have a decent camera in my pocket. Oversharpened and not-nice bokeh always, but you can't have everything.
