What's the deal with #jalepenos?
I bought some fresh ones from the grocer. I assume they were grown locally because they were pretty hard and crunch - so very fresh.
They were green and not very hot at all.
I cooked with them and they didn't really do much.
Not sure what's the best way to use them.

No Rocket Science For You Dept: I was chopping #Jalepenos as most who prefer work done in advance do.. and my eyes began to itch. Soo of course I rubbed them...and I am now peering into hell thru my own tears. It is quite something
