#Coding Is When We’re Least Productive
This article is about coding on its face, but it's really about management taking a too-simplistic view when measuring what employees do. A great employee seeks to understand and solve problems, not just produce widgets. I'm an #instructionaldesigner but the product I create is elegant solutions, not #SCORM #elearning. #AI can build a motion graphic faster than I can now, but it can't ask if we're making a mistake by building it.

As an #instructionaldesigner, I am part #designer and part #pedagogy nerd. The designer part of me collects little utilities to help me do my design work better. One of the essential tools in that toolkit is a #colorpicker. for #Mac, I've been very happy with System Color Picker
