Watching the movie "The Swedish Connection", a somehow revisionist version of the history of Sweden and its complicity in Holocaust by focusing on the exceptional acts of few individuals who went against the policies of the NAZI friendly government and the king to save 1000s of Jews in Norway and Denmark .

i am sure many liberals in europe who are so loud about the American ICE and treatment of asylum seekers in the US, will happily look the other way and pretend that they are not seeing what is being done in their names.
Word is turning into a disgusting and horrible place, where intolerance, racism and xenophobia spreading like wildfire.
At the same time, many of the most vocal voices against immigration, live in tax heavens or in low cost countries enjoying the services they have not paid for and proudly brag about it on their expat groups on social media.

Last night, an Israeli strike on a health centre in southern Lebanon has killed 12 medical workers. The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health stated it “mourns the healthcare workers in Burj Qalawiya who were killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the town’s primary healthcare center.”

Speaking to Radio J, a French station covering Jewish community affairs, Macron said the fight against antisemitism is a fight of the republic.
“We cannot accept, we must never accept that any of our children, that any French person, be accused of being genocidal,” Macron said. “That is impossible, and it represents a reversal of values to which we must not yield.”
The president also said: “Some people who sometimes played an active role in the anti-racist struggle, people who defended causes, have used, distorted what is happening internationally to try to dehumanise, essentialise fellow Jewish citizens.”
