    CW: self-harm made light of

    For Reasons I have subscribed to Stan, an AU streaming service.

    After a lot of scrolling I now have a good grasp of what I've been missing out on for all these years.

    Fear not trusty reader, the minutes wasted in scrolling through that much dire pap and brain-rot have not upset my emotional equilibrium.

    If it's up to me tomorrow I will rise having forgotten the horrors I've briefly glimpsed tonight.

    What am I doing with my freedom?

    Was asking an elderly relative where they were when they learnt that #JFK had been killed.

    They said they saw it on TV.
    But they had a spouse who called TVs "the idiot box" and they didn't get a TV till 1968.
