A doing & finishing stuff day.
- put away the last of the laundry, finished the last of the cauliflower cheese pasta, finished the nice bread (fancy fish finger sandwich)
- started the annual defrosting of my freezer (overdue as I was too zonked last year) and ate an old ice lolly at the local rec field
- exercises at home in the morning & a short walk in the early evening

Needed resupplies, was hoping to limp along to larger supermarket, had to settle for smaller one that is closer (neither far, but small one is half the distance from my home). Leg pain just not going to let me go further, very frustrating.
Small reward to self for hobbling painfully for groceries in the blazing sun, though, a nice ice-lolly. Ah, better...
