Why did Clean Power Hydrogen #CPH2 think they could build a #hydrogen electrolyzer that was prohibited by int'l safety codes, given their:

"…admitting it did not have the 'financial, engineering, or technical' resources."

I know that only mice were involved in these inhalation therapy experiments, but 7% hydrogen in air is almost twice the flammability limit of 4%!💥

Don't forget about the humans who ran these lab experiments and were put in danger!

1) No oxygen monitor on #hydrogen gas produced by electrolyzer
2) Unqualified incompetent company was in charge!

2)Membrane is porous
