CW: work rant, webdev, tooling, etc.
Why in the world is there no "turn web project into iOS and Android app" library / framework / thingie that doesn't completely suck?
React Native and Flutter are their own languages & runtimes.
Cordova / Phonegap feels both dead and cumbersome.
Ionic / Capacitor is an utter mess in terms of tooling.I love building native apps, but I sometimes have to deal with a client project where only this kinda hybrid thingie is feasible and the tooling is just so so so bad 😭
