Name a #TTRPG and your favorite mechanic from that TTRPG. It does not have to be your favorite TTRPG!
I'll start. I love #HunterTheReckoning 5th Edition's Danger track. This represents the villain's awareness. The higher it goes, the more the villain will come after them. Players know where the track is, but not what happens at each level. When a Hunter overreaches, they can ignore the penalties if they up the Danger by 1. That's a tempting, and dangerous trade-off, and I love it.

The #HunterTheReckoning game was cancelled tonight after the other players said they didn't enjoy it. So the GM decided to run #DnD5e instead.
So I made my first 5e character ever. A human bard. Not a horny bard though, I'm going for the "serious storyteller and actor" type of bard. Was tempted to go for a Blues Brothers "Mission from God" type but didn't.
