    HB576 has now been passed by the Maryland legislature.

    This bill provides for Assisted Outpatient Treatment.

    (Boost for awareness that testimony is important.)

    I'm going to be giving written testimony in favor of Assisted Outpatient Treatment today in Maryland. The state bill is HB576.

    I wouldn't feel qualified, if it were not for the relationship I had with the girl I deem my greatest success and my biggest failure.

    She's the gift that keeps on giving, that one. I'd be neglecting my duties if I did not share this gift with the world.
