Dostal se mi do rukou vcelku zajimavý spacák Pinguin Blaze (400 g kachního peří v poměru 90/10 s plnivostí 700 cuin), který lze využít i jako underquit pod hamaku. Na to, že je takové použití zamýšleno jako nouzovka, tak to funguje velmi dobře. Má ideální šířku. Problém některých "skutečných" UQ je, že nejsou dostatečně široké a pak se při ležení posunou a vám foukne na bok. U Blaze se toto neděje.

Yesterday ended without network, so no updated. We followed the Unstrut for some time and then diverted away to get away from the boring part. Found a cool spot hang the #hammock

Spent a few hours outside yesterday, to give ill spouse run of the house.
Rummaged around the back porch, found #hammock, slung it diagonally across the inside of the #garden playhouse. Climbed into hammock and napped happily for an hour during the hot afternoon.
Playhouse is big, 8'x8'. When I was getting ready to build it only 6 foot wide, spouse asked, "why so small? Make it bigger?"

Preparing for a small 3-4 days chill autonomous hike in the mountains. Around 60km and 7km elevation change. I will go up to Kyrgyzstan's border, along and back.
As a true backpacking newbie I pack all my fears, some of them even twice.
I suspect that the most challenging part would be to find trees, and not to sunburn my face.

That went well:
- found a nice spot where humans are around during the day. That worked: no boars, no frightened deer.
- had more time to settle in properly, watch birds and read my book.

- again, it is always colder than I am expecting. Next time I take the sleeping bag. -
